18:15 - 19:30 Uhr;   Free leg - Riding the water serpent - Embellishments for leaders and followers leg
This workshop explores the mechanic of the free leg. How both leaders and followers can improve their musicality and quality of movement when the standing leg is stable. After a technique session we offer some combinations for both leaders and followers where we focus on the fluidity of the movement and include adornments, sacadas and boleos. 
19:30 -20:45 Uhr:  Vals 
“It was like a crazy flight of the moth, with turns and pirouettes around the light”
We explore circular dynamics and fluidity offering some combinations with sacadas in both directions. the goal is to explore musicality in the 3/4 rhythm of the vals and increase confidence in our ability to turn forever, increase circularity in our dance in general.

The orchestra 

This Orquesta Tipica (8 musicians + 1 singer +1 technician) provides the audience, listeners and dancers alike, so much fun that it is considered the hottest newcomer in Buenos Aires who emerged out of the corona pandemic. The orchestra runs its own milonga in Buenos Aires, is very popular with the young crowd and is indeed an insider-tip. The audience is touched by the orchestra´s energy and enthusiasm which makes for the perfect fit for the celebration of Spring.

Important Information: The stage will be set up in the middle of the arcade. The area to the left of it will be seated for a concert, and to the right of it a dance floor will be laid for a milonga, so that concert lovers and dancers alike can enjoy of what is expected to be a fantastic event. Seat reservation is only possible for the concert.
